This davinci emily convertible baby crib is even prettier than it looks in the pictures on Amazon. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and cannot wait for our baby girl to sleep in it (we're due in November). The crib shipped very quickly and arrived at our house in perfect condition. It took my husband about an hour and a half to put it together and the directions were very clear. I would definitely recommend this crib and Amazon.com to others!!
This davinci emily crib is bigger than standard size, it lists the dimensions but doesn't explicitly say that. For that reason I got the matching DaVinci mattress as well. The crib does scratch easily but that's because it's made out of Pine, a softer than ideal wood, as well as having a really thin layer of varnish. Because of the reviews that said it scratches easily I decided to give it two more coats of water based polyurethane before using it. This greatly improved it's durability. Of course you could just refinish it in a couple of years when it's all scratched up but it's a lot easier to just add some coats on when you get it.
